Carmen Riggins Price, 83, of Salisbury, MD & formerly of Princess Anne, MD passed peacefully into

Jesus's arms on Tuesday 8/13/24.

She was born 5/25/41 in Seaford, DE to John Calvin and Mildred Riggins. She leaves to carry on her memories four daughters Tina Kline (Bob) Ocean View, De, Lisa Price (Ed Malone) Deal Island, Md, Connie Renshaw (Paul) Pocomoke, Md, Bonnie Hearn (Rich) Princess Anne, Md. She has six grandchildren whom she loved dearly Tara Tripoli (Jim) Salisbury, Md, Philip Murray (Katie) Mt.

Vernon, Md, Scott Wroten (Brooke) Charleston, Sc, Brittany Smith (Corey) Laurel, De, Katy Schneider (Haydn) Prospect, Ky, Megan Hearn Prospect, Ky. She has 10 great grandchildren Greyson & Luciana Tripoli, Lane & Chase Murray, Mackenzie Muir, Wesley & Trent Wroten, Axel, Ozzy, 81. Van Schneider with three more due this year.

Mom was known in the community and by her family for her sewing and alterations, she loved to oil paint, cross stitch, watch westerns on TV, and listening to old country music. She was a member of Olivet Christian Church in Snow Hill, Md where she sang in the choir and was known for her cakes and pies at the bake sale.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Robert Price (Bob) in 1985 and multiple siblings. A funeral service in honor of Carmen will be held at Hinman Funeral Home Princess Anne, Md on Friday 8/23/24 at 1:00pm with visitation starting at 12:00pm. Bruce Bowden will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Andrews Episcopal Cemetery Princess Anne, Md.
