Bonnie Joyce Leath, 77 of here died on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. Born on Sept. 22, 1937 at Wincester, Tennessee, she was a one of nine children of the late Joseph Click and Katie Warren Click. Mrs. Leath had been formerly employed at the DNF Shirt Factory in Salisbury and as a Physical Therapy Aide at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. She was a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon. Her first Husband was the late Jeremiah Brooks Holt, Jr. Her second Husband was Virgil T. Leath, Sr. who was with her for the duration of her illness (7 Years)
She is also survived by her children, J. Brooks Holt, III of Oriole, Virgil Thomas Leath, Jr. of Fruitland, Vicki L. Holt of Ocean City, Audrey D. Holt Cornelius of Princess Anne and Cynthia R. Leath of Salisbury, 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and her two sisters , Martha Preston and Peggy Walker of Tennessee.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 24th at 1:00 PM at the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne.
where friends may call from 11:00 to 1:00 PM. Bishop Richard Lawson will officiate. Interment will be in St. Peters Cemetery in Oriole.
