Arthur L. Lawrence, Sr, 82 of Princess Anne passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Hartley Hall in Pocomoke. Born in Salisbury, he was a son of the late Arthur Lawrence and Virginia S. Lawrence of Oriole, Md. He was also preceded in death by his son, Andy Lawrence.
Arthur was retired from Lankford Sysco in 2005. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
He is survived by his wife, Delores Lawrence of Princess Anne, son, Brent Lawrence (Bobbi Leigh) of Pocomoke, daughter, Beverly Custis (Lee) of Pocomoke, son, Arthur Lawrence, Jr. of Fruitland, daughter, Dawn Lawrence of Kentucky, stepdaughter, Brenda Sanchez (Andy), stepson, William Bryant, and grandchildren, BJ, Jamie, Ashley, Cody, Malinda and several great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. in Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne. The Rev. Eddie Daniels will officiate.
