Andrew J. “Andy” Joseph, 75, of Westover, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional.

Born in Berlin on August 14, 1950, and raised in Stockton, he was the son of the late Alvin E. Joseph and Anna Lee Littleton Joseph.

Andy proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for many years with American Paving before retiring.

He was a member of Berlin VFW Post #2996. Andy enjoyed fishing, working in his yard, and had a remarkable talent for fixing just about anything. Above all, he cherished time spent with his family and especially loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Andy will be remembered for his quick wit, warm sense of humor, and the many smiles he brought to those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife of almost 55 years, Emma Jean Bozman Joseph; three daughters, Wanda Harris (Lindsey), Andrea Wharton, and Jennifer Joseph; a brother, Calvin Joseph; 15 grandchildren, Ashley and Cody Harris, Jada and Jordyn Dickerson, Garrick, Byron, Shanee, Rashya, and Isaiah Wharton, Raashan and Andre Lane, Scott Collings, and Jayden, Ryleigh, and William Joseph; 17 great-grandchildren; and several in-laws, nieces and nephews.

A viewing for family and friends will be held Thursday, July 23, 2026 at Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne from 2-3pm with military honors to take place at 2:30pm.
