Obituary

Alan Dean Bozman also known as "Smoke" peacefully returned home to the Lord during the evening hours on February 10th, 2021, into the welcoming arms of his Mother Stanley Iris Bozman, Father Thomas Donald Bozman Sr. and Brother Thomas "Donnie" Bozman Jr. who gave him serenity and comfort on his voyage home.
Born in Mt. Vernon, MD on July 22nd, 1956, Smoke was a loving son, brother, father, and grandfather. Though Smoke was a man of few words he was full of adventure. He spent majority of his time doing what he loved most, out on his boat. He would almost always return with a story of the 'biggen' he had caught while gesturing with his hand to show how big his catch was. He also spent a good part of his life farming. When he was not out on the water, he enjoyed watching football and treating himself to his favorite Pizza Hut deep dish pizza. He was a collector of baseball cards, old bottles, and trinkets that he found and kept throughout his adventures.
Out of all the things Smoke did and all the places he had been, there was nothing he took more pride in than his family. He was survived by his beautiful wife Fernanda Orozco and lovely daughter Allison Orozco of San Jose, Costa Rica, his brothers Jeffrey and Michael Bozman of Mt. Vernon MD, his sons Donny and Jesse Bozman of Mt Vernon, MD, and his grandsons Liam and Finnegan Bozman of Snow Hill, MD.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 15th, 2021 at Asbury United Methodist Church located at 26556 Mount Vernon Rd., Princess Anne, MD 21853 where friends and family are all welcome to come pray and rejoice in memory of Smoke.
