I rode the bus with Mr. Fred as we called him, for 12 years. He was always a pleasure. I remember him bringing his duck eggs to my father { Walter Brosey} for our old hens to hatch. It was always amusing to watch the mother hen get all excited when the ducklings would get into the water pans. She just could not understand it since baby chicks did not behave that way.

Why is the information in this obituary wrong? Frederick Wright Nelson’s father was Weldon McDorman Nelson, not Weldon Oliver Nelson. How did Frederick’s name end up being “Franklin” on the Memorial card? In honor of my mother Peggy (John) Maloney, who has lost her last surviving brother and in loving memory of my Uncle “Teddy” (Frederick), I am asking you to fix this immediately.
