Princess Anne – Beatrice French Meredith Muir, 93, of here passed away at the home of her daughter on Sunday, April 17, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Rumbley, MD on October 31, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Stanford and Dora (Parker) French. Bea was a mother and housewife, and worked for 20 years at Mrs. Paul’s Kitchen. She was a member of the former Christ United Methodist Church, WSCS, AARP and attended the MAC Center in Deal Island.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Emory Meredith and second husband Nevette Muir, daughter Linda Wilson, and step-mother Esther French.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Meredith Windsor of Princess Anne, MD, three grandchildren, Christine Koller, Tommie Wilson, and Roy Windsor Jr., great-grandchildren, Jacy Koller, and Luke and Matthew Wilson, Sisters Ellen Donohoe (Dave), and Minnie Ford, Brother Sam French (Caren), and several nieces and nephews, and special friends, Janice Webb, Mary Ann Bozman, and Barbara Hogan.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Hinman Funeral Home, P.A. in Princess Anne, MD where friends may call from 1:30-2:00 P.M. Rev. Harvey Tyler will officiate. Interment will follow in Fairmount Cemetery.
