Kathy was a skilled trooper, crime scene technician, co-worker and friend to both myself and my wife. We kayaked the Pocomoke River with her and enjoyed many other adventures in her company. She was a dear friend and will be missed. With heartfelt sympathy in this time of loss to Kathy’s family. Michael & Laura Jones
