So sorry to hear of Marvin’s passing and send our condolences to his family. We were dear friends of his Dad, “Rusty” for years. Rusty and Ron were bandmates in Bill Godfrey’s String Kings and we shared many fun and good times together both musically and personally. God bless Marvin and may he rest in peace.

Worked with Marvin for many years. Became good friends. He could sure tell some whoppers. We remained good friends after our retirements. He was a good man and loyal friend. He will be greatly missed.

Came to know Marvin in the late 80′s and got to work with him for many years thereafter. He was a great guy and loyal friend and he will be missed. I will especially miss his stories as he had some real good ones.

Marvin was a great friend for many years I met Marvin in the late 60. When he was going thru the academy he would ride with me on night patrol. Will miss our visits and talks. Will not be quite the same without him around.
