So many wonderful memories. My personal favorite is when Gene and Theresa were first dating as teenagers. My parents , Aunt Catherine( Cuni’s sister and Uncle Jim took my sister Sheila and I to Jones Beach on Long Island .It was probably in 1951 or ‘52. It was a pleasant Summer evening. We went to the live music venue. A band was playing and young people were dancing . We saw Theresa and Gene on the dance floor. They were young and in love and full of joy. They joined us for a moment and went back to dance as the music started up. May they dance in each other’s arms forever. Jimmy
One of my many favorite memories when I first met your :parents, was your Dad welcomed me into the family with the words: welcome into the family! You are the second Italian! From
that time on we were great friends! Do you guys remember our years in Bayside? We were at.each other’s homes all the time and I really loved them both! Your mom was a great friend and your dad always made me feel special. Always joking that we (as The only Italians), had to stick together!! You guys were blest to have them for parents and as Jimmy said, may they dance into eternity together! Love u all, Angela
